Baking Soda Shampoo
Apple Cider Vinegar Conditioner

1 part baking soda : 4 parts water
-you can premix this into an empty plastic bottle, as it seems you use less if you are more in control of where you put it onto your scalp.
-in the shower, wet your hair, and apply this as if it were conventional shampoo. it doesnt lather obviously but work it in and massage your scalp thoroughly. i also work it through all my hair to the ends. Then rinse it out...

1 part organic raw apple cider vinegar : 7 parts water
- you can premix this into a plastic bottle if you'd like... if the mixture isn't diluted enough your hair may smell like a pickle for a day. some people add a stalk of cinnemon to the mixture to soften the vinegar odor...
- in the shower (after cleaning your hair with baking soda)apply this to all your hair. rinse.

i also treat my ends with a protein rich conditioner that i bought before i got into all this and am still working through... when i finish the bottle i am looking foward to figuring out how to make my own... this is completely optional and not neccessary but, as i have highlights which have dried my hair a bit, i like to add extra strength and moisture...
    this is my hair after 7 weeks of aforementioned treatment... it is super shiny, soft, fluffy, manageable and stays clean for about 3 days... i also sometimes straighten my hair with an iron and it also takes styling well...
