The Master Cleanse
10 Day Minimum

Start with Organic Smooth Move Tea* with some fresh ginger* the night before. Cover the tea and let steep for 10-15 min.

Each Day:
Morning: 2 Level Teaspoons of un-iodized salt dissolved in 4 Cups of lukewarm water. Drink it down!

Rest of the Day: In a large container combine 12 cups of water, 6 freshly squeezed lemons*, 1.5 cups of B Grade Maple Syrup*, and 1.2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper*.

Night: Before bed, drink a cup of the Smooth Move Tea* with fresh ginger* prepared as described above.

Drink plenty of water as desired. Have organic peppermint tea* whenever you like.

Follow this for a minimum of 10 days and up to 40 days. When your tongue is pink again your fast is over.

Breaking the Fast…
It’s very important to do this properly.
Follow these directions exactly!

Day 1: Drink fresh squeezed Orange Juice* all day as desired. Drink it slowly. Drink plenty of water as well.

Day 2: Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice throughout the day. Drink water as desired. In the afternoon, prepare vegetable soup as described below:

Vegetable soup*: Use several kinds of vegetables. Perhaps one or two kinds of legumes, potatoes, celery, carrots, green vegetable tops, onions, etc. Vegetable broth may be added for extra flavor, okra or okra powder, chili, curry, cayenne pepper, tomatoes, green peppers and zucchini squash. Brown rice may be used but no meat or meat stock. Use salt delicately as a limited amount of salt is needed. Other spices may be added delicately for flavor. Learn to enjoy the natural flavor of the vegetables. The less cooking the better. Eat mainly the broth though some of the vegetables may be consumed.

Day 3: OJ* in the morning. Leftover soup for lunch. Beautiful creative succulent vegetarian dinner!

Day 4: Master Cleanse Lemonade for breakfast. You are now ready to eat normally. Eat healthy and choose organic fresh whole foods.
