vegan cupcakes from 'babycakes' cookbook

allison gave me a wonderful cookbook from nyc's vegan bakery 'babycakes'. she had the chocolate cupcakes made for my birthday and for natalies birthday tonight i made these. they are an adeptation of the 'hostess' cupcake and i adapted them by adding fresh cherries and chocolate chips to the coconut frosting. ha what a trip we had natalies birthday at a restaurant and i walked right up in that place with this flat of cupcakes and put a candle in each and we had us a song and a sweet succulent treat... these are damn good!
