so this is raw cheese plate. one was made from cashews, another was from pistachios and i forget the other one. with raw crackers. i dont remember how those were made either. in the backround was a very nice vegetable wrap...

raw zuchini lasagne with a tomato sauce, pignoli nut acting as cheese and pistachio pesto. this is what i ordered and was so rich i couldnt even eat it all.
