to keep an update, my mercedes c230 kompressor was badly damaged at the dealership during a service and after some drama and a threat they decided to take responsibility and fix the car.
during the week+ it took to fix everything they gave me this:
a brand new right off the lot 09 ml350 with 11 miles on it. :) anyways the kompressor is now newly serviced with a whole new panoramic roof assembly, a new updated alarm system and a new oxygen sensor. it drives better then ever. and its for sale. im asking $12,700. any takers?
